Site Ban on web

hello! I have account banned on web page. I dunno why and how. i had some time without wow and had my account stolen. my mage got weird sockets and talents set and i got some level 80 characters made in my account. how do i get unbanned so i can use my points?

Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
The reason for the ban is Coin theft, compromising accounts..
