Realms Increase BG Scroll of Deception Drop %

I would like to suggest an increased drop rate for Scroll of Deception in Battlegrounds or maybe add the feature for a Scroll drop in arena(wins) {small % rate}. Since it seems a bit unfair towards PvP players, PvE players have a greatly increased chance of getting a scroll through raids.

PvE players are also limited in the amount of times they can get drops each week, while PvP ones can grind Battlegrounds without any limitation.
Arena matches are even worse, since they can quite easily be grinded in fixed matches (and GMs aren't going to keep an eye on every single arena match and teams to keep that from happening), hence why there are no drops in those.
