Burning Crusade "Bag of Premium Gems" Quest in Nagrand Bugged?

Hey!

I just heard about the monthly gem sack you can pick up in Nagrand at Aeris Landing from Gezhe. I went there on my Paladin but he didn't have any other option other then turning in Obsidian Warbeads.

I am currently at Revererd with The Consortium, And it's the first time I was gonna pick up "Bag of Premium Gems"

I have completed the quest right outside of Telenaar that says "speak with Gezhe" and all the quests at Aeris Landing.

I logged on my alts, and they can pick up the gems, both at Friendly reputation, Did this bug because I didn't pick up gems before I hit honored or revered? Or am I missing something here? :O
