Technical Two Factor Authentication

Wasn't sure how else to contact.
My other account with the username ______ has a google two factor authentication and has been locked. That phone no longer works and now wanting log back in after months is impossible.
I would like it reset please.
As far as some proof I have the password, email, and ingame screens (many). Characters and Class levels on realms and rough estimate of donation amount.
