Technical Multiple Servers?

I have downloaded both TBC and WotLK versions (both are located on the same drive on my computer). When I try to run the WoW.exe for WotLK, it doesn't seem to give me an option to join any of the WotLK servers. Is there something that I'm missing? I confirmed that I'm loading the correct .exe file...
