I cant Join Groups, Or invite someone

Hi , i managed to go violet hold H from dungeon finder, and someone started the dungeon without heal , so they kicked everyone and last guy left from dung and i ggot solo there so i hearthstoned , and now i cant get in partys/raids or invite someone , i tried unstucking , exiting game everything and it doesnt work help me pls
