Cataclysm I tried to transfer my toons from Cata to Frostwolf

I tried to transfer my toons because yeah that's 6k+ hours on that expansion but when I tried to transfer it doesn't. It's been 3 weeks and nothing, when I started to or first tried it, it says "______ (name of my toon) transfer from Neltharion to Frostwolf is starting." for my 7 toons. Am I the only one having this problem? I know that people are going to say "oh just make new toons on MoP it's literally the easiest expansion" but it's 6k hours on those toons, so I was wondering if I still can transfer or even just all of us that still want to transfer our toons.
