Hallow's End bugged for horde? Can't get the quest from the Orc Commoner, they just talk about Lunar Festival. The Forsaker Commoners talk about Brewfest etc. I've been to every major city and not one of the commoners talk about Hallow's End and give you the Q to speak to the Masked Orphan Matron.
