WotLK To dumb to use action bar 2 properly

Hello beautiful people,

I have a problem, I find myself unable to properly key-bind action bar 2. What i mean is that I want to press ctrl+1 and use the ability that is either in the bottom right selectable action bar the ability that is saved in action bar two.

in the keybindings it is set at ctrl+1, but when i press this conversation, nothing happens.

Is there something im overlooking?

Make sure it's right action bar. CTRL+1 is used for Pet Attack in Secondary Action button 1.
It should be BottomLeft Action Button 1.
It might be worth your while to get addon to handle actionbars (Bartender, Dominos [fast and easy]). They come in with easy key bind mapping.
