Suspension issue

Hello,
I have a problem with my account. It says that my account is "Suspended"

I don't know what is the reason for this issue I did no advertising and the only thing I did was to "spam" the global for guild recruitment.
I'm also joining each day for transmute (around 4am ST). BUt never advertise!
This is the message I'm reciving on my page:
"Your IP Address (46.246.93.83) has been terminated due to Advertising"

Can someone from the staff check what is the reason for this and help me solve this? Any answer would be apreciated!
