Someone troll my name and my friends name

Hello, someone troll my name and my friends name in game by creating lvl 1 chars, this its a bit **** for us. i understand if characters was lvl 70 or 60. All characters its lvl 1 who did that is a bit stupid.
i had to put my name ingame ursaruftw/ursaruisback .

Character names are removed only during inactivity cleanups. You can't just get their names removed. And there haven't been any announcements about inactivity cleanup happening anytime soon.
