    Recover my account

    I quitted WoW like 3 - 4 years ago.
    I forgot my password and I requested one through the website.
    When I logged in it says IP Banned for Advertising.
    I haven't even logged in for a long time and I never advertised anything.
    Is there a possibility I could recover my account?
