About Us/Who We Are:
We are a horde based guild located in Oceania with a strong core group that shares the goal of raid progression, currently we are working our way through T4 content but mainly T5 content. The majority of our members are based in NZ and Australia however we have many others from around the world. We enjoy a friendly and supportive relaxed environment while having a few laughs along the way, whether that be running dungeons together or downing raid bosses! <No Server> is led by experienced leaders who have experience from not only Retail TBC but also Warmane.

Our Goal:
Our goal is to continue building and adding to our core playerbase while progressing through T4/T5 raid content in a smooth but also enjoyable manner. We also aim to provide a fun environment for everyone and potentially in the future, make progress into T6 content. We are seeking players who share the same goals as us, as well as interests.

People we are looking for:
<No Server> is currently looking to recruit all classes to help us through progression in T4/T5 raid content. We would like players with experience but above all else we are looking for committed players with a positive attitude and a desire to do well. <No Server> is looking for people who can attend raids around 2-3 times per week, (2 weekend raids and 1 during the week).

-Karazhan: 11/11
-Magtheridon's Lair: 1/1
-Serpentshrine Cavern: 2/6 (Downed FLK and Tidewalker. Our best attempts at Leotheras - 10%)
-Tempest Keep: 1/4
-Gruul's Lair: 2/2
-Zul'Aman: Our guild is starting in here this week

Raid Days/Times:
Saturday: 7AM – 10AM ST
Sunday: 7AM – 10AM ST
We usually have an organised 10 man raid for mid-week which is optional. Wednesday. 4.30PM ST

Basic Requirements:
· A basic understanding of your class and it’s capabilities
· Speaking on Discord is not required however joining our channel and listening is mandatory
· Having functioning versions of the required addons which are available as a list both on our guild website and in our Discord Channel.
· Being non self centred and willing to help others
· Being a decent communicator, this includes asking any questions when unsure.
· Giving your best effort, please be prepared and organised for raids, this means signing up via our website (details at bottom of post), bringing consumables, being online ready for invites on time and letting us know via Discord if you are unable to make raids and lastly bringing any regents (shards, dusts, powders) etc.
· A decent brain and having a sense of humour go a long way towards the enjoyment of everybody
· Being proactive as opposed to reactive
· Being a respectful member of the guild and being honest

Loot System:
<No Server> runs raids based off a loot council system. This is also based upon whether or not this is an upgrade, your dedication, attendance and performance as well as the officers opinions. (Confirm)

I seriously hope people would join, new players progressing through content instead of jumping into T6 instantly is the way to play WoW. I am currently inside a T5 guild too where we are progressing through it. One TIP: are you Alliance or Horde ? GL and have fun mate !
