Hello, do you have same problem as me, that you cannot change faction from horde to aliance for free, and system is requiring 20 coins fee?

Use a character in the correct faction, not an Alliance Night Elf.

Why can't I change my character from horde to alliance? Do I need to create an alliance lvl 1 character first or something?
