Cannot receive quest 'Maintaining The Sunwell Portal'

For the last week or so I have not been able to receive this daily quest from Exarch Nasuun, I've heard a few other people have had this problem but it doesn't seem like everyone can't get it or surely there would be more comments about it. Do I need to clear cache or something? Any suggestions? I made a post on bugtracker but there was a previous report of this same issue that says "dismissed" and here I am still having the issue, lol. So what is the fix, if there is one
