Realms Set Up a Rating Requirement to Join Solo Queue

Solo queue on Blackrock is a great feature but when someone that has never played the game or the typical troll destroys the fun for others it's a problem.
One really easy solution for this is to have a rating requirement in 2vs2 or 3vs3 to join solo queue. A small requirement like 1550 rating is enough to counter this problem, it will also make those people that can't join solo a need to interact with another person to create a 2vs2 team. Playing 2vs2 is also a lot easier to start with when new to wotlk and learning thier class.

yeah something along these lines would be great. its awful when you get matched with someone who just clearly created their char
