    item missing

    before two days, item unresonable missing, gm reply me to create ticket, and find the itam ID from some webs.
    i can find the item ID, but when i create ticket again. i can't find the trade record.
    but from RECENT HISTORY (View full history). i can find it .
    how can i do that .
