Worgen and Goblins downgrade

In the future, it is planned to transfer Worgen and Goblins from Neltharion to Ice Crown?

Warmane staff please i am simply asking an update and if its even in plan for this year to make worgen/goblin transfers available.
I really want to play my worgen warrior on icecrown, because its only char i played and donated on since moltdown. And i am looking forward to transfering it because i have invincible donated on him and would like new start on icecrown and use rest of my coins on him..

I suggest you make Race Change for Neltharion free so every worgen/goblin can change his race and then downgrade. As far as I can tell, the downgrade uses live data from Neltharion.
