I transferred a tauren pally and it would not let me race change. I hit log in, it prompted me to name change, and after typing my name in, the race change worked. However, i also transferred an orc mage, who was granted a race change as well as you can not be a orc mage. My mage did not get the name change option as well as probably nobody had the same name as my mage. so i cannot login or change my race on this character.
