hi, I'm failing to log in on all my chars, after are type pass and authentication code game freezes on loading screen and when I press task manager I realize that game had crashed and gives an error.

I already spoke to a GM Conosgere and at first he fixed my issue by moving my char called blackclaws. however the problem its still persisting and I have donated already a lot to this server and i'm seriously feeling unsatisfied and not well served.

I need immediate assistance ty.
