Im sorry if this is not the right place for this but this is my 1st time writing something on forums.
The problem is when someone bid my items in ah i get a mail which says pending sale and i never get the money im selling the item for but the other player gets the item.I even opened a ticked ingame and the gm told me he cant do anyrhing (pretty useless).The time i spend mining the items were for nothing.Im not the only one with the same problem so when will "bugmane" gms start doing their job.This is not fair i dont want to loose time and money because others faults and they even dont want to refund my items or money.

In all these pictures you can see the players who did this and i hope they get banned for doing this.
You can see 2 than on the next day when i logged all my mails were gone and i got no money and my items were not returned.

When someone buys your item, you get 2 mails. First one is sent immediately and says that you will get your gold in 1 hour. 2nd mail is sent 1 hour later and contains your gold. At that moment both mails are still in your mailbox. After you take the gold, 2nd mail disappears but 1st mail is still in your mailbox. That's what usually causes the confusion.

The gold comes with other mail up to 1 hour later.
1. You get mail saying somebody bought your item(s). The mail has one hour timer.
2. Timer ends.
3. New mail arrives with the gold.

you can clearly see that it says estimated delivery time 00:00 and i dont get second email with gold just the 1st mail dissapears and thats it

That's a visual bug. It does not affect anything.
In your screenshots we don't see that you haven't taken any gold from mailbox. The only screenshots where your gold amount is visible are at the beginning. If you took any gold at all from mailbox, it's probably from the same items.
There have been some cases when gold actually disappears from mailbox but such cases have been very rare. Usually it's just confusion because there are 2 separate mails. And I don't think it has anything to do with actions of the buyer. Otherwise there would be more people doing that and we would see more such cases.
