I belive there is an NPC at krasus landing in Dalaran that will fly you there.

Yes. There's one but I believe its not working properly. I used it before and what happened was the flying machine dropped my character on a predetermined mid air point and my character just fell to death. Later on they kinda fixed it a bit by adding parachute but it still won't drop you exactly on the airship. So the best bet is get a cold weather flying or ask the help of a warlock.
