Ashen verdict

Hey,

I just purchased a character from the trade site. It is exalted with Ashen Verdict, doesn't have the ring. And i cannot take the quest in icecrown. Can i get help with getting the ring? My characters name is "Primalaf" and i want the agility attackpower one. I would really appreciate getting help in this case.
