Never done this before so I'm a bit confused, does the fee that you pay (1 coin) to sell an item and (5 coins) to sell a character return to you if the sell has failed or do you lose them?

fee is only when you successfully sell something

if you put something for 5 Coins, you will recieve only 4 Coins if someone buy your item
