Account recovery

I have played wow on warmane (icecrown) for a long period but have had to quit because of my exams. I know my username as well as my previous password, which has been changed of course. Now I am not in possession of my e-mail and am therefore unable to have my characters. I would be extraordinarily grateful if someone could help me with the problem. If the warmane staff require any information concerning the account or the characters on it I am able to provide them. Thank you in advance.

Did they response? I have same problem , i wrote an email and after 2 days still dont have response. How much time do they have to do that?
