WotLK Trouble with Sack of frosty treasures

Hello, i have completed Securing the Ramparts in ICC. For reward i have gotten Sack of frosty treasures. Inside was a Belt of the blood nova.

Since i am already wearing one, it says: you cant carry any more of those items, when i try to loot. Any ideas how to get the item from sack? I have banked my belt but it doen't help.

Hi, I had similar problem, but mine was with long forgotten in my bank item. To open it I sold the one i had, then got the one from bag, mail it to other char and get the one from vendor back.
