IP suspended due to suspicious activity?

I just tried to log into my acc after about a year of inactivity and tiped wrong password few times because i cant remember it.
I reset the password with my e mail and logged in and it says that my ip is suspended due to suspicious activity.
When i click on Support and Create ticket i dont get any options, only this message ''Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
The reason for the ban is Suspicious Activity - RB.''
WTF happened??
