Lost Account and old email

I have a account on warmane and it seem's i can't remember the password i think i know what the old email was but it was a old student one that i cant get into anymore but i can provide old character names and i can tell you atleast one achivement and prof on my mage and i can try to answer any other questions

You can request a password recovery though the website, and so you should receive instructions to the registered e-mail to change it.

I know and i'm on day 1 now and still no answer there cant be that many that they cant at least check the people buging them often meaning as they know where actively seeking out are account
