[ANSWERED]Old Characther got lost?

Hello there I have been playing here ages ago like 3 years ago and earlier before servers merged at time of Molten. I kinda survived big crash and had refunded around 120 donation points to my character on old wotlk 12x realm. Now when I got back he is at Medivh Relm and I am not able to send it back to worlk relm. Name was Tiol DK with gs around 5.5k spec was Unholy for pve, previous username I used was different if that maters at all I got it changed to this one back then. Any help would be great. Ty
