WotLK Northern Cloth Scavenging bug ?

Hey so im a tailor and i noticed that since i got the Northern Cloth Scavenging passive from a dungeon its really difficult to come across Frostweave Cloth, the mobs just wont drop them like they used to. Is this a bug? Is there any way to fix it ?


I play in the Icecrown server Alliance side.
