Technical ban na IP

My acc say that an IP is banned but that IP is not my. Can you please help me.

Hello your chem to ask when i got a ban? I did not do anything I should have gotten it .. I did not have any cheats or anything I could do it anyway addon or I do not know if I could ask for unban ??? well thank you
