WotLK FPS drops on certain Bosses

Hello fellow Gamers!

I experience heavy FPS drops on certain bosses. Usually my game runs solid and i have around 110 FPS ingame. As soon as bossfights start this number drops significantly. For all Bosses it usually drops down to 20-40 FPS which is completely fine and playable.
However on some bossfights it drops to a unplayable 2-10 FPS. (Algalon beeing the worst, LoD and sometimes on PP/Sindi. Halion P1 on Meteors)

That beeing said i have done everything explained in this guide. (http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=147304)

I play on lowest possibel Graphics with only partical density on 1 step above minimum to actually see fire/AoEs in the raid.
My Drivers are all up to date and my Hardware should be capable of alot more. (League of Legends runs perfectly on maximum settings.)

My Hardware:
AMD FX(tm)- 4300 Quad-Core Processor
8175MB Ram
Nvidia Geforce GT720 2048mb
Running Windows 7 Professional 64


Can someone help me increase my WOW Performance please?
