    Well, you can either go to Zul'Aman, fight your way to the fifth boss, Hex Lord Malacrass (a fun fight, might I add) and pray the RNG Gods for that 14% drop rate; or you can log-in to your account and click on the hude DONATE button. The dagger would be 24 coins. I believe the first option to be more rewarding, but to each their own.
