Download WOTLK from Germany..Safe or illegal?!

Hey guys,an really old player here .Started to play back in 2010,and quit around 2015,so now im thinking about playing again,but since them i moved to Germany and i dont know is it legal to download wotlk torent from warmane? If there is anyone from Germany that can tell me is it safe i would really apreciate.I dont wana get finned.I heard people are getting 1k euro fin for downloading illegal torents.any answer is welcome.ty

In Germany you might want to use direct download links instead of torrents. Or a VPN, as suggested in the thread above. There have been a few cases of people getting fines for downloading wotlk client in Germany but I haven't seen forum threads about it lately.
