WotLK 3.3.5+ Client Issues

Hi, I've got a friend that just finished downloading the 3.3.5 client through BitTorrent. When she tries to run WoW.exe she gets the following error; "The code execution cannot process because DivxDecoder.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." Are there any suggestions out there to fix this issue other than re-downloading? I've tried running as admin and making sure "read only" is not selected but frankly I am not technically inclined enough to suggest anything else. Thank you.

Did she drag Wow.exe to the desktop instead of making a shortcut? If so tell her to put it back in the wow folder, then right click and make shortcut.
