Naked Trades?

Just wondering why people are selling naked/stripped down characters on the trade system?
I can clearly see they have some end game grear (a piece or two is usually max), but why vendor the other soulbound items and trade a character with random end game items who is otherwise naked?
Is there something I dont know/get?
Can you swap items between toons?
Can you trade/sell on warmake soulbound items?

Thanks for anyone who can shed some light on this very odd "trade" system.

The characters probably come with achievements/titles/mounts that are harder to get.

but why if selling do people delete/sell all the soulbound gear? its worth essentially nothing in gold.

Because market has minimum price. Every piece of gear will raise the price by his market value making it not worth for anybody to buy it.
For example 5k characters with only equiped items going for 200+ coins its insane. So everyone unequips their gear into bags leaving naked char or add 1-2 heroic items hoping to find a buyer. They also grind honor /arena points/prof etc to make at least something worth buying.
Minimum price like that makes trade impossible. At least they could've lowered minimum price 10-15% and take higher fee.

With naked chars u can trade for free bonus tittles, mounts, professions, honor points & arena points, also you can add free gold and/or 264 BoE items for buyer to make it more attractive.
