WotLK Problem with Models

Hi to everybody and thanks if you're reading this!
I'm really beginner in this, and a ones days ago i try to change the lenguaje to spanish (that worked really well) and the models for an Updated Character Models (specifically this http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....=1#post2738706 ) and this was the results





please say me what i could i have wrong, thaks!

Greetings

1.) Go to WoW directory, open Data folder, delete "patch-w.mpq"
2.) Open enUS file inside Data folder, delete "patch-enUS-w.mpq"
3.) Put this mpq file inside the Data folder:
