Don't worry, it's not only on your char. I have exactly the same issue with the cooking skill since more than 6 months. Just think about it as one of the many gifts from the devs to the players community :)

Not bugged, after 530 you only can level up doing the Everyday Cooking Recipes, like Spicy Salmon and Spicy Vegetable Chips, thats it.

No problem, and yes that 0/0 it´s bugged, we can't get Master of Pandaren Cooking, :(
