Pandaria Why I can't collect ponts?

Hi everyone, someone knows why i can't collect points on MoP, is the minimal version, I almost lvl 40 and i have 0 points

If this is related to “Collect Points” on the Warmane’s website, you need to have 1000 achievement points to be eligible for that.
