Technical Problem with nickname (Outland)

Hello! I apologize for bothering you. I had a problem, I used the faction change function and when I renamed my character, I made a mistake in the nickname because the keys on the my keyboard sometimes work poorly, I wanted the nickname "Neysan" and it turned out "Nysan" :(( I understand that this is my mistake, but I really like my old nickname (Neysan) and I would be very grateful to you if you would help me get it back :(

1. edit your post otherwise some funny guy can steal your name

2. I do not know if there is support for this kind of problem but you can find it out by opening a ticket on website in case your account is premium:
my account > support > create ticket > general equiry
