Cataclysm Possible Restoration /character migration?

Hello Warmane Community,

my friends and I have been playing on Warmane (back then probably still Molten) for quite a bit. We have had quite a break from WoW but wanted to return for a bit of fun. Most of us played on Neltharion (Cataclysm) and were pretty active and even donated. I have been trying to search through forum posts for a possiblity to somehow get a way to migrate the lsot characters or even get a bit of a headstart on a different realm. I have seen 1-2 relevant posts, but no definitive thread that would tell me what to do.

I would really appreciate any suggestions so that I can enjoy Warmane again :)

same issue , played on molten back then (on the cataclysm realm too) came to nelthraion after molten went down, even spent like 60-70 coins on it, and now im stuck with a 2nd hunter on icecrown, in green gears empty bags, etc.. good thing i bought 450 lw so at least i got that going.... would like some advice too, what to do now.
