WotLK Unable to create new account.

I recently started playing WOTLK again. I had an Alliance Rogue which I deleted but I want to re-use the name on the Horde side. I keep getting 'Name Unavailable'. Server looks like it has been restarted a few times since I've tried and I am still unable to get the name I want. Armory is showing nothing for the name I want. Is anyone able to assist?

usually this problem was solved by a server crash but recently a guy on the forum posted a trick to get a character rename for free by using "character restoration" service so I believe staff have made some change to avoid that kind of abuse. As cosequence you will need to wait more time to be able to use that name again ( I do not know if 48 hours, 7 days or even 30 days)
