    Hello,

    I tried to open a ticket but it says that Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account. I just log in after 108 days of inactivity and it says Your IP Address (188.xx.xxx.xxx) has been terminated due to Advertising, but I didn't do any advertising...is that due to inactivity?
