Un-ban my account please, i never used bots

Greetings,

I'm on this server since more than 4 years ago(including the Molten issue).

I tried to relog after a lot of time, and i find this ungrateful surprise "Your account has been terminated due to botting" . I know that i'm not the only player with the same problem and no evidence about this. So please, give me an explanation. I don't want to lose my old characters, also, the bought items were bought with your points, and i didn't play since a lot of time, i can't understand how the botting thing happened if i don't even know how to do that.

Please, answer as soon as possible.
