Very stuck

Hello I have died and cannot reach my body in ghost form, I also seem to be unable to find any spirit healers in all of eversong woods in the 3 places I've tried. I heard you can fatigue and return to graveyard by running out to sea but a barrier prevents this. Please help me I've been wandering around as a ghost for almost an hour.
