Burning Crusade Aquatic form quest when transferring to Alliance from Horde

Hi there,

I transferred to ally from horde a couple of weeks ago. I had the quest for aquatic form in my log almost completed, but all quests disappeared when transferring. I seem to be unable to pick the quest up again in Moonglade.

Can you hook me up with the aquatic form?
