Ratio: Warriors with bought weapon (real money)

What do you guys think is the ratio between warriors who do pvp with bought weapons?

Is pvp full of warriors with bought weapons.. are they everywhere (in bg) or just at arenarating 2000, or even at the beginning?

I need a little overview pls from people who can answer this at lv 80 and doing some pvp, thx!

PvP on this server is mostly based on paid items,etc. That's one of the reasons why I'm just doing pve. It's terrible to grind for those honor points and arena points when someone can just buy everything.
