As for the bis lists, the ones in the guide are good enough to tank any boss in the game.
Some tanks sacrifice hit and expertise to gain more armor and stamina, i dont like that, so yea, i guess u can say the tank lists can be personal opinions.

The main items are mostly ones with extra armor in them. Those are the items u want the most.

Things some tanks might do dif from what i did on my DK would be:
Cryptmaker for extra hit
Armor Wrist (264ilvl) Armor Ring (245ilvl)
Full 30 stamina gems after they activate meta with 2 10exp15stamina gems in helm and chest.

Anything else, when it comes to items, as in some kind of avoidance build, is just playing dumb.
