Technical IP Ban due to Closed?

Hey so,
My account was a premium one. Ive donated over a thousand on it by now. So in summer I logged on from my usual place, and everything was fine, talked to some people, did some duels and logged off. Then a bit later I log on from Switzerland then China (summer holiday n all) and it says im banned.

The error message is Your IP Address (X) has been terminated due to Closed.
It wont let me make a ticket or do anything except write in the forums. I did not do anything that may have caused me to get perma IP banned. But I did use a VPN at one point in China to access Facebook or something. My guess is that I may have gotten banned by the system?

Would like some help with this please :)
