I had no idea I would have to wait in a 2 hour que to play on Icecrown. Is it always like this?

On the front page there's a count of online players - during peak Icecrown hits it's cap of 12k population. Gotta wait til non peak hours (if you click the population info you can see when that is) for no queue. You can also donate ~$10 to skip the queue forever
